LOOSEN THE NUTS ON EITHER SIDE OF THE REAR AXLE, SLIDE IT FORWARD TO PUT
SOME SLACK IN THE CHAIN. ONCE YOU HAVE THE CHAIN INSTALLED ON BOTH
SPROCKETS, SLIDE THE AXLE BACK UNTIL THE CHAIN IS TIGHTENED PROPERLY AND THE
WHEEL IS CENTERED. USE TYPE F AUTOMOBILE TRANSMISSION FLUID IN THE MOPED'S
TRANSMISSION. THERE IS A SMALL PHILLIPS SCREW NEAR THE BOTTOM OF THE
TRANSMISSION CASE, TAKE IT OUT, FILL THE TRANS. UNTIL OIL RUNS OUT THIS HOLE
AND REPLACE THE SCREW.

Can anyone give me any tips on remounting the engine on my 1995 Tomos
Targa? I am
having problems getting the chain on the spokes of the engine.
Also, how much transmission fluid should I put in the gear box? Should I
just
 fill it to the top?
Thanks a lot.
