You avoided the State approved moped speed part .If the law enforcement
person clocks you at above that speed ,there is no need to remove the
head.TOP SPEED and displacement is what makes a moped a moped. It irks me
to see other non-caring moped riders make law abiding moped riders look
bad.ie Ride a motor cycle and you must be a "Hells Angels "type. There
are people in high places that would like to ban all mopeds. They are one
of the worst air polluters,as most 2 cycle engines are.Don't give them
more ammunition. How much insurance do you carry, although maybe not
required?
May your day be blessed.

displacement normally is only known by the owner... im pretty sure the cop
isnt gonna ask you to take of the head so he can measure the diameter of the
bore. my input is theres no replacement for displacement and it can sure be
applied to mopeds. when your only dealing with 50cc'c a 40% increase in
engine displacement is VERY helpful. (for offroad purposes only) what a joke.
i think cops have better things to worry about than a mopeds displacement so
unless you just dont want to feel ashamed about breaking a very indifferant
law, go ahead with a speed kit. Illegal regards, Taylor
