That's a tough one. You can't build a bigger carburetor on unless you
make your own inled for it. And as far as I know there are no fast
exhausts (like that bi turbo or something) that fit on it without
alterations.
You can try and see if it will go faster with making the exhaust portal
in the cilinder bigger. 2 mm up and 1,2 to the sides should increase
speed. make it nice and square.
