'Dope' basically means hot or good.
Same as 'tight'
So to say that bike is dope basically says I dig it.

As for the biturbo for the Sachs I dont know the answer to that
question but I can find out for you. Send a url pic of it so I can
check it out. Most mopeds can accomodate bi-turbo pipes on the other
hand most scooters cannot. )
