Hey ya'll. Wondering if anyone has ever heard of starting problems in the
cold for mopeds. The weather has just dropped around here quite
significantly as fall arrives and every time I now start it up, it takes 2
or 3 efforts instead of one and right before if catches and revs up, a loud
backfire sounds. What can be done to alleviate this situation?

I'm using synthetic oil @2.5-2.7oz per gallon. Due I need to increase the
ratio? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Ali.
