most of an electrical system,

*if the ignition is good, rest is surplus

all new lights,

*daylight bike only ?

everysingle panel-front,sides, and whatever alse panels,

*who needs some , disposable plastics, mopeds are made from steel, no
plastic needed :).

new oil tank,

* tank pre-mix, no need for oil tank no more.

basically new front end,

* why is it bend? bend it back !
new shocks,

* now no schocks ?

kickstand,

*time for a low cost side stand, or skip it at all

turnsignals and switches
* :D turnsign :D, switches can be avoided just wire the bulbs, only switch
needed is a kill-switch

Depends on what it is and what you want. turning a head of crap in a decent
moped cost too much, but if it is technical ok, atleast the 'bike' part of
it, and you don't aim too high, it could be a right thing. in the mean while
you learn how it works :).

the cost is also very depending on your parts resource, a good crap heap in
the neigbourhood helps a lot :).
