Yes really.. The value of a moped (or anything else for that matter) is a
matter of demand and offer.
If you are the only one in the US with a Cimatti moped, and there is no
demand, value still is next to nothing.
Being rare is no value, demand is.
If it would be one those children's racebikes they produced in the 70-80's
it might be worth something.

If you are in to motorcycles (like I am too) you should be aware of the
mayhem shockbreakers can cause..
My brother had a speed-wobble 2 years ago, and went down doing 140 Km.
This was caused by the shock-absorbers that were on this bike for 30 years.
On a moped speeds are to low for such things to happen though..
