The ad gave the price, 800 number, and specs as follows: 150 mpg; 35 mph; locks; large seat; 49cc engine; stop lights & reflectors; meets all DOT Safety Requirements; easy starts; anti-theft ignition; pedals like a bicycle; fenders; and options and accessories available. Cosmopolitan assures me that it does have a kick start. I have their catalog of accessories and it is quite complete. This is the TFR model.
