(Wireless Phone Accessory)      they send me a phone without btaetry or the
little hanging pen and when i ask fo the batery to be send to me, they told me no, i
have to return the item. i order it because i need it now, so next time when somebody
order an item from you guys make sure it is with everything need it fo r it to work.
