i have an island hopper and it has an alumuninum drive spindle that slips in the
rain, heats up, wears out the tires very quickly and slips going up hills any body got
any ideas how to remedy this? i was think of adding double face tape or rubber to
the drive spindle to grip but not wear out tire any other ideas out there? thanx

Hello, I currently own a Island Hopper (scooter), yea im not very sure if
anybody has those anymore but i bought it almost 5 years ago and till a few days ago my
cylinder head went bad where the exaust attaches to, no worries though it had miles of
use and i just ordered a cylinder,piston, walbro carburetor and x can exaust, it
will cost me a but load but im looking forward to getting it running again, but like
these island hopper scooter i never seen any gopeds run as long as mine has! it has
the sport 25cc im pretty sure of, thats what I need help on cause I never knew how
many cc's it has. but over all its a great product -james
