Subject: BNScooters SCAM

Raptor showed up at my step damaged. they want me to send back so they could claim through ups and get the item replaced for them. they want to fix my broken bike and send it back to me at my cost. their mission statement is a joke. they do not know anything about customer service and do not care to help you with your purchase after the sale. let me know if there is anyone else out there. i may consider legal action on there corrupt policies. do you want to get your money back?
