Subject:	heropuch 3gear problem

Hi, i have a heropuch shakti 3gear, when ever i shift the gear and run on 2nd gear it get to no gear state, by giving a lot of sound, its also called neutral state, this happens even with the 3rd gear, this problem was there from nearly 2yrs, i dont know the solution, mechanic says the 3gear vehicle is a problem, is that please let me know
