I recently found an unused, all original in the box k & s bike machine at a thrift store and couldn’t resist buying it. it was unused with everything in the origional box! i could have stashed it away for several more years than it has already been hiding, and maybe make a few extra bucks from it. but what fun would that be? i had to see it in action. i married it to the back of my just less than high end gt mountain bike and after a few minor hiccups (the original plastic fuel lines split open) i have been screaming around town for many miles with a huge grin plastered to my face. it chewed up my already used and near bald rear tire into a looks like your gona wana replace that rear tire, so its parked for awhile until i get some extra just for fun money.
according to manual and the sticker on the tank, “fuel mixture: regular automobile gasoline and 2-cycle engine oil. first 20-hour break in period--use 15 to 1 fuel-to-oil mixture. after 20-hour break in period--use 20 to 1 fuel-to-oil mixture. do not use no lead gasoline”. you can purchase a lead substitute from any automotive store and i recommend using higher-octane premium fuel.
