The kind they mean is "non-detergent" oil, like what was used 30+ years ago. You can still buy it in some auto parts stores. That said, you really should use special 2 cycle oil because it works best. Newer motor oils shouldn't be used in 2 cycle engines, or other things like air compressors. |
