is it a 70cc engine? IFSO I AM IN NEED OF ONE because cop puled me over and said if I went on this road(I have to go that way to get to work) I would need to go a little faster, but he won't give me a ticket or anything he just wants it for my own good, he is my pal, anyways do you think it will work on a 1999 Tomos targa LX?
