well on my 1999 there is the little hole where the choke is and right by that there is a screw, and what that screw does is when you are low on fuel, if you tighten it, it slows down the rate of the gas, so if you are low on gas you tighten it up and you down use as much gas but you go slower, I have never used it myelf but the kid i bought it from told me.
