i got a 1980 puch maxi it was running good until 2 weeks ago it started
to die out and then just stopped working i dont think it is the carb cause i just cleaned it and had it running good still suspicious.. when it has been opened any thing can come in.. i played with the wires alittle but i just dont get spark anymore black some how shortcutted to the frame ? i bought a new spark plug but havent bought a new sparkplug cap/wire if not damaged, no need to also would a regular electrical wire work as sparkplug wire just for testing purposes yes , but why , used cap and cable are fine too.. peter |
