Try eBay,or any of the many scooter sites.Also be aware,when going above 50 CCs,you have now entered the motorcycle classification of motor vehicles and must abide by motorcycle laws. I bought a very nice Honda C 70 motor cycle at an auction,and it came with a M/C title.I now had to resurrect my M/C license,buy a helmet , and get liability insurance be fore iI could legally ride it.
