All, Good news!!! The Puch is running! It turned out to be the wires behind the horn--they weren't connected (the front fork was removed for shipping). Now it is fine, very noisy from the horn (like loud ticking, but I will clean the connections and see if that helps). Thanks everyone for being so helpful--I really appreciate it. Justin |
