manual available on CD. The file is too large to be posted online (340 MB).

The manual is in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format, so you can download the

viewer at no charge from the Adobe web site. (www.adobe.com). All of the
pages are in grayscale so they provide the best detail possible. As a
result, the pages vary from 46MB to 82MB in file size.
