I live in Key West, FL. I am proud to know many Cubans. The are wonderful honest and hard working people, and they report their relatives back home suffer greatly in many aspects of life. They all tell me it boils down to one man. It is not the people. I have a Tomos Targa from around 1995. The clutch seems to be slipping. I am not mechanically inclined and there is no more any repair shops that can work on them or get parts. I like the Tomos Targa rather then a scooter. Any ideas? |
