It was free to me just to make some room in the garage where it had sat long enough for dust and spiderwebs to take hold on it. The kick starter spins freely without engaging (hints here are welcome , e-mail me) I don't want to invest too much just to discover its a parts bike. I am curious. Did this model have any "fatal flaw" which it was prone to that made it undesireable for restoration. Also, how is the ride compared to a TOMOS Targa/LX. I am charging the battery and hope to attempt a cranking in a few hours. I would much rather ride than tinker. It would be nice to have another ped for a friend to ride along , which is why I lugged this clunker home with me. see photos of my long distance moped trip at http://community.webtv.net/manonbicycle/MANONBICYCLEWEBTV --546F70696361-282196524.158457772.960652462 Content-Type: text/html I just got a Suzuki fa50 manufactured in 5/84.
