My 1980 C70 Honda does similar things and I thought fuel feed.Cleaned
tank and lines and added filters.Seems O K and does it again and
still.It is a 4 cycle.but what else is left to do? When this "starving"
happens,I pull choke out 1/2 way and it runs great.Wish I cold pick up a
reasonable used carb.Anyboby????
