Hi Basicaly, you messed with it, you'll have to fix it too !. when messing the idle screw you loosened a piece of dirt/rust/whatever and it went into the jet. now you have to clean the carb, as if you are gonna implant it in your own body. no tiny tiny particle has to be left in there. for best result remove the complete thing from the moped, and clean it on a fresh newspaper or other 'clean' environment.
