For rough clening take an old toothbrush. For the finer inside work the best thing to do is to use an air compressor, if you don't have that possibility you can try cleaning some of the canals in the carb with a single wire out of a brakecable or something similar. If it's a carb with a gasneedle it's better to replace that one and the copper thing it slides in (help me out here guys, what's it called in english?).
