Hi I recently snapped 1 of the 4 bold that hold the cillendar head to
the engine body by over tightening...(usually I'm very carefull with
things like that...but this time I snapped it. Unfortunately the bolt
that is attached to the engine body does not protrude far enough to put
a bolt on it.

Does anyone have a solution on how I can fix this, how are the bolts
attached to the engine body in the first place? They just kinda stick
out? Can I grab what's left with vice grips and screw it out? I'm
afraid of making it worse and look for a bit of guidence.
