Hey. Your getting a good deal here, i have heard many good things about
elite's. 30 is good for a honda scooter. yes, there are performance parts for
them. Are your buying this locally? I suggest you ask him how it runs, and if
it has ANY problems at all. Does he still have the title and registration
papers? those are important. I don't know much about speedkits, sorry. All I
know is that there can be adjustments on the governor, i beleive. other
members should respond soon with more info than i can give you. thanks.
try to get him to the lowest price possible!
