I go by a house a few miles from here every now and agaoin. I saw some
moped wheels by the garage a few times. The guy has a shop in there
where he appearantly does custom motorsports work. I have seen sprint
cars, motorcycles and boats in various stages of custom rebuilding
parked in the drive.
Last week I saw a vehicle with three wheels. It looked like a Razz or
Spree scooter in the front but the back was like a golf cart down to
the wheels. It had a shiny new coat of bright yellow paint.A few days
later it was joined by another identical one part primered and part
painted. Now they're both out of sight.
They look like a scooter rickshaw.
