Morris, great reply and great link. You are bang on with your statement that
riding mopeds is a choice for most of us, not our only option.

I currently have 3 bikes: a Mobylette, a Honda Elite 250 Scooter, and a Gold
Wing Aspencade. I also have a Volvo station wagon. The one I ride the most is
the Elite 250 because I enjoy it and it's the perfect bike for a big city.
Second is the Mobylette for jaunts around the neighbourhood.

As far as the Gold Wing (or any large bike) is concerned, I enjoy riding it, but
with a lot of respect and an awareness of the fact that most motorcycle
accidents are the result of not being aware of the physics of cornering.
