how about a peugeot dealer? you can also try to fit an aftermarket pipe.
if the ped is older than 10 years: salvage yards, with best luck in France!
Alternatively buy a wreck for parts.
for next Q's add model and model- or production year, maybe somebody has a
spare on offer.
