Ah now i get your problem 5W bulbs, isn't a mach for sunlight :).

and running bigger bulbs result in blinking head lights etc.. (has also its
charm:))
tough...33w is not so much (6 or 12V?) , an accupack could be the solution,
if your blinker is using DC...
