ok, here's some good things to know:
go get the service manual for it. it shows maint. functions and things to
work on.
make sure your battery functions. running without a battery will blow out
every light on the bike.
quantify that the oil injection works. or, just premix the fuel. thats what i
did when the oil pump went bad.
get familiar with field stripping the carb to clean it. it doesnt like the
smallest speck of sand. install a fuel filter if it dont have one.
there is a plug on the side of the engine case for oil for the automatic
transmission. make sure you got proper amount of oil. shaft drive needs no
maint.
i have some QT50 parts as well. email needs.
