I have ridden the aprilla scooters at their
dealership. They are not very fast. A Tomos with a
Biturbo could smoke those on the top end by far. They
max out at about 30mph. They ride very nicely and have
good brakes. They cost about as much as a used Honda
CBR600F2 so they are a huge rip.
