I have a 95 Razz. Beware of the tires being smooth from wear. Just took
mine out last month and skidded out. Just healed up. $400 is a little
high. What does he mean by "kick start" just the metal kick start
footlever or the assembly inside the tranny. For $400 I would expect
something that was running. Ask relatives or friends of your family if
they have a older moped around, probably someone has something with a
larger wheel on it. The Razz is neat looking but they are a little funky
to handle because of the the tiny wheels.
