I have a 1983 Honda PA-50, love it...but i need help...
the throttle seems to be stuck...the handpiece will move
freely, but the engine and rpms do not respond. The rpms
will increase when you twist the grip, but then will not
return to normal idle (basically as soon as you crank up
the engine the bike accelerates to full speed and won't
slow down--a little dangerous...)

I'm guessing this is due to a problem with the throttle
cable connection at either end (most likely at the
handlebars)....is this hard to remedy?

Any help is really appreciated,
lindsay
