Yeah, they started making footshifters for the handgeared models in the
early sixties. People did that themselves using concrte iron, a
motorcycle spoke and two springs. There are several who claim to have
invented it. Tomos was actualy the first one to produce an official
version.
It can only be done with the 2 gear models, not the three gears.
