I'm pretty sure you can order them. Any selfrespecting mopedshop has
them. :)
You have to be sure about the height of the rings tho'. Give them the
full number sequence.
It's not hard to put them on, just try to put them on as straight as
possible. The less you have to bend them outwards, the less chance you
have on breaking them.
I have no idea what they'd cost in the US, sorry.
There are repairmanuals, but I don't have an english version lying
around.
